The Fertility & Family Dietitian
JASEL SMALL BSC MSC RD
Expert fertility nutrition
rooted in science, delivered with care
—
As a HCPC-registered dietitian with a decade of NHS experience, I translate the latest research into simple and practical steps so you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
Nutrition is one of the most underused tools in fertility care. The evidence is clear - dietary and lifestyle changes make a measurable difference to fertility outcomes, for both women and men. I work with patients directly and alongside IVF clinics to make sure nutrition is never the missing piece.
— HCPC Registered Dietitian — MSc Dietetics — BSc Nutrition — 10 years NHS clinical experience
— Online 1:2:1 consultations - UK & International

The process of trying to conceive is an emotional rollercoaster with so many unexpected challenges. The impact is has on your life CANNOT be underestimated. Then trying to wade through the minefield of nutrition to find accurate and trustworthy information.. it can feel totally overwhelming.
I am here to hold your hand through the process and give you the most up to date evidence-based nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals, and thrive while doing so.
I have 10 years of clinical experience as a registered dietitian across many different specialties and I am skilled in translating the science into practical, easy to adopt strategies for you to integrate into your diet - with a healthy side of empathy to go with it!

Testimonials
“I had a really positive consultation with Jasel. She was approachable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was her focus on what I could easily add into my diet to aid my fertility. I left feeling informed, empowered, and optimistic.”
“What I appreciated most was the personalised advice and reassurance she gave. Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, but having the support of an experienced dietitian — and a mum herself — made me feel understood and cared for. Her knowledge and long-standing experience really show, and she explains everything in a way that is clear and reassuring.”
“The most helpful part of the consultation was the science-focussed explanation and the attention to our current habits. It felt like a perfectly tailored dietary plan, and we are having no issues following it because of it!”
